Youth Cricket Program
All skill levels welcome
Weekly coaching for refugee, immigrant, and local youth - no experience necessary. Structured, supervised time keeps kids engaged in something positive, giving them a safe place to belong. When local club teams are short on players for a game, selected youth players are invited to step in and play - a fair exchange that gives them real match experience beyond our own sessions. The season culminates with a real match at Underhill Park, with families invited to watch.

Adult Coaching Sessions
For adults who already play, or local community members interested in learning - sessions include specialized support through a nutrition and fitness trainer, helping players prepare with tailored fitness plans built around individual needs, alongside focused skill-building drills. Coaching sessions themselves are free, donation-based; this specialized support has a separate cost.

Leadership Development
Beyond the game, players build real leadership skills - drawing on Dr. Thirupal's own background as a lecturer at Gonzaga University's School of Leadership Studies. Structured coaching moments throughout the season help players grow both as athletes and as leaders in their communities, including mentorship for older students navigating college applications.

Winter Indoor Coaching
When weather takes the pitch out of reach, training moves indoors using baseball batting cages, paired with team-building and experiential learning lessons to keep players engaged and growing together through the off-season.
